Career Summary
Over 14 years in professional radio broadcasting
My broadcasting career included the top award from GAVIN magazine, a First-Com Firsty for production, and a feature article in Radio and Production magazine. In those years I was a production director, Operations Manager, and on-air talent (mostly afternoon drive, some morning drive). I helped build a station into Southern Indiana's top country music outlet in the 90s, eventually earning reporting status.
Over 18 years as a lead pastor
I was identified by my denomination as one of the leading pastors in the area of turning churches around and leading new growth.
Now 5 years in to work as a communications and digital media specialist, author, and digital content producer.
I have helped renovate and revitalize two different communications departments at churches in Peoria, IL, and Fort Worth, TX. I've written four books, produced several podcasts, and traveled as a public speaker before the pandemic.

The following clips are work I did for Lighthouse Fellowship (Fort Worth). I directed, produced, and edited each of these. I also did interview work where necessary to help direct the content. I edited these on Final Cut Pro.

The first section of photos was all taken with and processed on an iPhone.
The next section of photos was taken on a professional Canon camera and processed on several different apps, including Photoshop and Affinity Photography.

Digital Media Suite Design
Working with integrators at Pearl Technology, I helped design a Digital Media Suite for First United Methodist Church in Peoria, IL. I was integral in designing the podcast and recording pod. The half-million dollar project, which I oversaw, won the 2021 SCN Install of the Year.
